Ticket Terms & Refund Policy
Tickets
Each ticket is for one seat at the event shown at checkout. Prices are per person and include the full menu described on the event listing. Payment is taken in full at booking through Stripe.
Location
Pop-up locations are secret until the day before the event. We'll tell you the general area when you book and email the exact location the day before. Please keep the location to your party.
Refunds and cancellations
Because we buy ingredients and plan seating for every guest in advance, tickets are non-refundable. If you can't make it, you're welcome to give your seat to someone else; just reply to your confirmation email with their name. If we cancel or reschedule an event, you'll get a full refund.
Dietary needs
Tell us about allergies and dietary needs at checkout or by replying to your confirmation. We'll do our best to accommodate, but our kitchens handle common allergens and we can't guarantee an allergen-free meal.
Conduct
Wine pairings are served only to guests 21 and over. We may refuse service to anyone who is unsafe or disruptive.
